Show Up Early

We open the doors 30 minutes before showtime. There is no late seating, no refunds. Please arrive early to ensure you can park and check in before the show begins. 

Ticketing

Check in will begin outside the location. Please have your ticket confirmations handy. Once check in is complete and the doors are open VIP guest will already have reserved chairs, and general admission can choose any non-reserved seat. 

Parking

There are about 250 metered parking spaces just North of Melrose, by LACC. They are free during evening shows, and cost up to $2 before 7pm. Please arrive early to allow time to walk around the block to the theater.

Photography Policy

No pictures or videos of any kind are allowed inside the theater, unless otherwise posted. Failure to adhere to this policy will be cause for removal from the theater.

Covid Policy

We follow Los Angeles requirements as they are posted. Currently, we are not checking vaccination status, and masks are encouraged, but not mandatory.

No outside food/beverage

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the theater.
